Southern Property Management

As of January 2014, Southern Property Management is responsible for accepting all payments on behalf of Bay Colony Homeowners Association. Homeowners have three options when submitting payments: mail in a check, pay with a debit or credit card or e-check online, pay with a personal or cashier's check in person.
                                  
All mailed payments should be remitted to:

If you use your bank’s bill pay service, please update the remittance information to the aforementioned address.
 
Homeowners also have the option to submit payments electronically via our website at www.SouthernPropertyMgt.com. Select ONLINE SERVICES from the horizontal menu, and then click MAKE A PAYMENT. Homeowners can pay by credit card or e-check for a nominal fee (charged by service provider).
 
Homeowners can also submit payments in person at our office during normal business hours, which are Monday – Thursday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, and Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
