Pool Rules

Welcome to our community pool. We hope that you will enjoy this amenity that Bay Colony has to offer.
 
No lifeguard on duty.  Each member is responsible for their own safety along with their minor children and guests.

• Regular Hours -  8am to 10pm
• No one under the age of 18 without supervision of an adult or certified lifeguard.
  
• Use of the pool is restricted to residents of Bay Colony in good standing and their guests. 
  
• All guests must be accompanied by the resident responsible for their behavior.
  
• No glass containers in the pool area.
  
• No loud music or vulgar language.
  
• No behavior disruptive to the neighboring homes or to the enjoyment of the pool by all members.
  
• No pets inside the fenced area.
  
• Please be considerate of others when smoking.  Contain ashes and butts.  Dispose of properly.
  
• Clean up after yourself (place trash in cans, put away community toys and floats, flush toilets, etc.)
• No food or diapers left in trash cans.
  
• Lock gate when you leave if the pool area is empty

• Members may reserve the pool for their own use, except weekends and holidays.
