We are located in Cumming, GA on beautiful Lake Lanier. Our subdivision of 41 homes offers a community dock, fishing pond, two tennis courts and a swimming pool. Our children attend schools that have earned Georgia School of Excellence in the Forsyth Co. School System. The Bay Colony Homeowners Association Board work for the residents to help maintain standards that create a desirable place to live, which will in turn allow our property values to increase.
